Silvery moonlight
In the silence of the night
Two lovers weave dreams

Harbour verdant still
Sail boats lapping weary sleep
Rice bowls candle lit

  1. Wonderfully crafted, the first stanza of 17 syllables spouses the second of 17 syllables . The illustration , an amazing painting captures the feeling in the poem and emphasizes the dream of two lovers.
Thank you for this piece, dear poet and thank you also painstakingly choosing the illustration.
